Cohort #5
The success of a product manager, and the product they lead, is dependent on their understanding of the user and the market, as well as on their ability to lead cross functional and cross organizational processes, involving multiple stakeholders.
The Guild is a group of Product Managers with similar levels of experience, that meet to learn together. Every meeting starts with a review of a specific topic, looking at best practices, frameworks and tools that I share from my experience. We then have an open discussion in which the Guild members share how things are done in their organizations, what are the challenges, where they achieve success.
In the Guild we discuss the most updated best practices and frameworks, as well as learn from one another and see how things are really done in different product organizations. What works? What does not?
The power of the Guild is the combination it provides of theories and best practices with real life experience.
Cohort # 5 will include two groups:
Junior Product Managers
Product managers in their first or second role as PMs. Members of this group typically have previous experience in other roles, such as QA, design, customer success, data Science, etc.
The focus of the group is on best practices of product management and how they are applied in real-life environments.
Topics discussed:
- What makes a great Product Manager
- Planning - from sprint to a full Roadmap
- Stakeholder Management and relationship building
- Metrics and KPIs - from OKRs to usage analytics
- The art of Discovery, Product Strategy Workshop
- AI and the future of product management
Product Leaders
Product managers who are leading a team of product managers, working on more strategic, cross-org initiatives.
The focus of the group is on how to lead complex processes, work with difficult stakeholders, build a product management team, and be a valuable part of the leadership of a company.

One of my favorite aspects of being a product manager is the reliance on continuous learning (Is CL a thing?), along with the strong sense of community among fellow Product Managers. We collaborate, share insights, and uplift each other in our collective goal of building better products.
The Product Guild, led by the inspiring Hadas Sheinfeld, perfectly encapsulates these values.
Upon learning about the guild, I was eager to absorb Hadas’ wealth of experience and expertise, as well as tap into the diverse perspectives of my senior product manager peers. Each Week, I eagerly looked forward to Sunday, when our meetings occurred (hard to believe, right?).
Hadas’ leadership is truly inspiring, characterized by an endless desire to give and mentor. Thank you, Hadas, for fostering such an enriching environment and for sharing invaluable practices and techniques. I am grateful to the entire team for their generosity, and valuable insights that have already enhanced my daily work.

Not every day you get the opportunity to freely brainstorm on your company strategy challenges, discuss engineering interaction dilemmas, and dive into which metrics truly matter, all while gaining insights from diverse perspectives across various industries.
The Guild gave us a community of talented people to consult, share ideas and Hadas, with her amazing background, continuously getting us to the next level.
It only starts with the Guild… Thank you Hadas for an amazing experience and for more to come.

Joining The Guild for product managers was a game-changer for me. It provided a supportive space where we could bounce ideas off each other and validate our approaches. We weren’t just fellow PMs; we were a community sharing the challenges and triumphs of product development. Brainstorming new work methods and exchanging insights became a regular source of inspiration, helping me, and I’m sure everyone else, to constantly improve. But beyond that, I also met some amazing people who I’ve stayed in touch with – a valuable network that I know will continue to be a resource for years to come.

I recently had the privilege of being a part of The Product Guild, under the guidance of the one and only Hadas Sheinfeld.
The experience was truly enriching! For any product manager seeking a space to connect with peers, exchange insights, and address common challenges, I highly recommend exploring The Product Guild.
Continuous learning is vital for any PM, and The Product Guild delivered valuable insights. Engaging with fellow PMs and learning from their experiences, ups and downs, was truly enriching.
Thank you, Hadas, for your significant contributions to my learning journey. I’m excited to implement these insights in my work! 🚀

The Guild is an interesting and enriching program. I left each session with insights that I implemented on the job that same week. As a single Product Manager at an early stage startup, the Guild gave me the opportunity to meet smart and interesting people, provided me practically tools and gave me confidence in the work I do and the processes I lead.

The PM Guild presented me with an invaluable opportunity to finally get to know my peers in the industry, and in a super unique way. The Guild fosters a classroom-like environment where we freely explored our professional challenges, finding not only a remarkable level of empathy but also receiving profound insights from both Hadas and the rest of the team.
Carefully curated, the Guild provides an incredible theoretical foundation – from best practices to incorporating the latest AI advancements into our day-to-day. This, paired with hands-on practical exercises, resulted in a learning experience that did not only deepen our understanding but also effectively cemented our newly-gained knowledge into a robust and applicable skill set.
Highly recommended for any PM looking to get on top of their game, gain diverse perspectives and establish a valuable network within our small ecosystem
